Andrew Keen has been appointed the new Chief Executive Officer of Bloomington Regional Rehabilitation Hospital, a medical rehabilitation hospital that provides specialized rehabilitative care to individuals recovering from disabilities caused by injuries, illnesses, or chronic medical conditions.

Having started his career as a respiratory therapist, Keen brings more than 30 years of healthcare experience to his role. He most recently served as Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for a healthcare management company in Westfield, Indiana, where he led initiatives that resulted in the successful acquisition of seven new properties and the implementation of value-based care models that exceeded performance and financial goals.

Prior to that, Keen oversaw operations of a 90-bed skilled nursing facility and rehabilitation center, consistently surpassing net operating income targets while leading a high-performing interdisciplinary team.

Keen earned an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University, a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University, and an associate’s degree from Vincennes University.
