The ranking focuses on the 25 states with the most rehabilitation centers, while facilities in other states were grouped into four regions: Northeast, Midwest, West, and South. The facilities are chosen based on a rigorous evaluation of quality metrics, accreditation data, a national survey of industry experts, and patient satisfaction reviews on Google.
