Fifteen Ernest Health Hospitals Recognized Among America’s Best Rehabilitation Centers in 2025
Fifteen of Ernest Health’s medical rehabilitation hospitals earned a spot on Newsweek’s 2025 list of America’s Best Physical Rehabilitation Centers, with 11 recognized for the second consecutive year.
“It’s an honor to have so many of our hospitals included in this prestigious ranking, especially those recognized for the second year in a row,” says Jake Socha, President and CEO of Ernest Health. “Every facility selected across the nation exemplifies the best patient care practices in rehabilitation and sets an example for others. We’re proud to have earned a space among that group.”
Ernest Health’s medical rehabilitation hospitals provide specialized care to patients who have experienced disabilities caused by injuries, illnesses, or chronic medical conditions, including strokes, brain injuries, spinal injuries, neurological disorders, orthopedic conditions, amputations, and more.
America’s Best Physical Rehabilitation Centers 2025 is compiled by Newsweek in partnership with data intelligence firm Statista, Inc., to rank the leading physical rehabilitation facilities in the United States. The ranking focuses on the 25 states with the most rehabilitation centers, while facilities in other states were grouped into four regions: Northeast, Midwest, West, and South. The facilities are chosen based on a rigorous evaluation of quality metrics, accreditation data, a national survey of industry experts, and patient satisfaction reviews on Google.
“The inclusion of Ernest Health’s hospitals in this list reflects the excellent care provided at our facilities,” Socha says. “Our commitment to our patients is unwavering. Our staff members strive to maximize patient recovery, independence, and quality of life. Being named among the best in the nation is a testament to the knowledge, expertise, and dedication of our hospital teams.”
At Ernest Health facilities, hospital services include physical, occupational, and speech therapy; rehabilitative nursing; respiratory therapy; dietary services; case management; pharmacy services; social work services; pain management; and more. Physician-led interdisciplinary healthcare teams partner with patients and family members to create individualized treatment plans aimed at achieving the best outcomes possible. Patients are offered the latest in rehabilitative technology and equipment to enhance treatment options.
