About Ernest Health

Ernest Health hospitals are located throughout the United States. Each hospital is managed locally to best meet the needs of each community.

Compliance Program

Ernest Health is committed to operating with integrity, transparency, and accountability, and to complying with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations. Our Corporate Compliance Program is designed to help prevent, detect, and address potential violations while promoting ethical behavior, high quality patient care, and responsible business practices.

The Compliance Program includes written policies and standards, education and training, auditing and monitoring activities, and prompt investigation and corrective action when concerns are identified. All employees, contractors, physicians, and other persons working on behalf of Ernest and its hospitals share responsibility for supporting a culture of compliance and are encouraged to speak up with questions or concerns.

Compliance Hotline

Ernest Health provides a confidential Compliance Hotline as a resource for reporting concerns related to fraud, waste, abuse, misconduct, or potential violations of law or company policy. The hotline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and reports may be made anonymously.

Compliance Hotline: 888‑238‑1707
Online Reporting: www.ernesthealth-complianceline.com

Reports received through the hotline are reviewed by the Corporate Compliance Department and addressed promptly and appropriately.

Non Retaliation Commitment

Ernest Health strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone who, in good faith, asks a compliance question, raises a concern, or reports suspected misconduct. Retaliation is a violation of Ernest Health policy and will result in disciplinary action.

Speaking up helps protect our patients, our workforce, and our organization, and is an essential part of our commitment to ethical and compliant operations.
