Danny is part of the executive leadership team guiding Ernest Health’s strategic and operational efforts in supporting high-quality patient care, strong hospital operations, and continued growth. He helps to advance Ernest Health’s mission of providing exceptional rehabilitative care while strengthening the organization’s ability to serve patients and communities across its national network.

With more than 20 years of healthcare experience, Danny most recently served as Chief Operating Officer for a large national healthcare system, where he oversaw strategy and innovation, physician enterprise management, and managed care strategy. Previously, he served as President of the organization’s Specialty Hospitals division and Executive Vice President of Integrated Operations. Earlier in his career, he held executive leadership roles with a Tennessee-based healthcare provider, as well as healthcare consulting positions focused on strategic planning, physician alignment, integration and operational improvement.

Danny earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio.

When not working, Danny enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, as well as sports, traveling, and hiking.
