As Vice President of Revenue Cycle Operations, Debby oversees the organization’s revenue cycle operations to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.
Debby has more than 30 years of leadership experience in revenue cycle management, with a strong background in strategic financial operations, automation development, and process improvement. She has served in executive roles with national healthcare organizations, most recently serving at a healthcare technology company where she implemented key performance strategies to optimize revenue cycle management.

Outside of work, Debby enjoys traveling, offshore fishing, golfing, and spending time with her family, which includes five children and three grandchildren.

Ernest Health’s rehabilitation hospitals have been ranked by the Uniform Data System for Medical Rehabilitation (UDSMR), a non-for-profit corporation that was developed with support from the National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation research, a component of the U.S. Department of Education. It ranks rehabilitation facilities based upon care that is patient-centered, effective, efficient, and timely.
Through UDSMR, our hospitals collaborate with our peers throughout the United States to share information and establish best practices for patients. This helps us elevate rehabilitative care for everyone across the United States.
