Lisa Baird, PharmD, MS, MBA
VP, Pharmacy Operations
Lisa joined Ernest Health in 2005 as the first Director of Pharmacy at Northern Idaho Advanced Care Hospital, a long-term acute care hospital in Post Falls, Idaho. She has more than 36 years of combined professional and leadership experience in various pharmacy settings, including outpatient, home health, specialty medication management, and inpatient roles. As the Vice President of Pharmacy Operations, Lisa oversees pharmacy operations and supports interdisciplinary collaboration, maximizing pharmaceutical care and general outcomes for our patients.
Communication and education are essential for effective medication use. One of the most rewarding aspects of pharmacy practice is being a resource that can bridge gaps in those areas for our patients.
Lisa earned a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, Oklahoma. She continued her studies at the University of Florida in Gainesville, where she received a doctor of pharmacy and a master’s degree in pharmaceutical outcomes and policy. She also completed her master of business administration at Stetson University in DeLand, Florida.
Outside of work, Lisa can be found exploring the outdoors with her family and a camera.

Ernest Health’s rehabilitation hospitals have been ranked by Netsmart Technologies, Inc., the administrator of the world’s largest database for rehabilitation outcomes. Netsmart uses a program evaluation model (PEM) to determine the rankings, which includes a case-mix and severity-adjusted tool, providing facilities with a composite performance score and percentile ranking drawn from more than 80 percent of inpatient rehabilitation facilities in the country. Each hospital follows a patient-centric model, incorporating advanced rehabilitation techniques and technology to achieve clinical outcomes that exceed industry standards.
