Nicholas Hall, P.E., CCM
VP of Construction
Nick leads the planning, development, and execution of construction projects across Ernest Health’s national portfolio. He works closely with hospital leadership and project partners to create environments that enhance the patient experience and support caregivers.
With more than 15 years of experience, Nick began his career with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers before joining the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where he led the planning, design, and construction of healthcare facilities across the country.
Nick earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree in building construction from Auburn University in Auburn, AL. He is a licensed professional engineer and certified construction manager.

When not working, Nick enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing a variety of outdoor activities, including golf, tennis, skiing, hunting, fishing, and sailing. He and his wife have two children, and they enjoy traveling and playing tennis together.

Ernest Health’s rehabilitation hospitals have been ranked by Netsmart Technologies, Inc., the administrator of the world’s largest database for rehabilitation outcomes. Netsmart uses a program evaluation model (PEM) to determine the rankings, which includes a case-mix and severity-adjusted tool, providing facilities with a composite performance score and percentile ranking drawn from more than 80 percent of inpatient rehabilitation facilities in the country. Each hospital follows a patient-centric model, incorporating advanced rehabilitation techniques and technology to achieve clinical outcomes that exceed industry standards.
